How can I get my goods to the storage facility?

We provide a move-in trailer at no charge and we can recommend a removalist.

What notice period do I have to give when I want to vacate my unit?

We only require two weeks notice should you wish to vacate your unit.

How does billing work?

We work from a monthly renewable contract, so you will automatically be billed for the next month when your month expires. An invoice will be sent two weeks in advance, so if you know you will be moving out, you can give us notice to move out and you will not be billed a full month.

Is there a discount if I pay for 6 or 12 months in advance.

We do offer a discount to customers should they wish to pay 6 or 12 months in advance. You will need to contact our office on 08 9309 5114 should you wish to discuss discounts available on long term storage.

What options do we have if we run out of space?

If you run out of space, you can either transfer your goods into a larger unit, or you can take a second storage unit out under your name. You will need to complete a new storage agreement for the new unit.

How can I access my unit?

When you rent a unit you will be given an access card which can be used to enter the facility between 7am and 7pm 7 days a week. Due to security access outside these hours is restricted.

Do you have a bin we can use?

Yes it is a serviced bin and a minimal cost is placed on the amount you wish to dispose of. Just speak to our staff to organize this service.

Do you have a forklift onsite and is there a charge?

Yes there is a forklift available should you require us to receive any pallet goods or larger items. There is no charge for receiving goods and our staff will be able to assist. You will need to contact our centre in advance should you require this service.

Do you have an On-Site Manager?

Yes we have a manager who lives on site for added peace of mind when storing your goods with us.

Is there easy access to your storage facility?

All of our units are on the ground floor and you have the convenience of being able to drive right up to your unit with either a car, truck or trailer due to our wide driveways.

Do you charge administration or cleaning fees?

Definitely not we do not charge any administration or cleaning fees.

What are your units constructed with and are they water proof?

Our units are built from double brick with a colourbond roof and insulation ensuring the safety of your goods.

Do you have a key for this unit?

No. Self-storage means that you pack your unit with your goods, you lock the unit with your own padlock and hold the key. The centre staff do not hold the key to your storage space.

How often can I access my goods?

If your account is paid up, you can access your storage space whenever you need to, but subject to the centre access hours.

Is the site secure?

We do everything we can to make sure that your goods are as safe as they would be if they were in your home. We have 24hour video surveillance throughout our facility We also have the Manager living onsite to keep an eye on things.

Is insurance available?

Yes insurance is available as an extra. You will need to contact our staff who will be able to assist with the insurance rates.

What size units do you have?

We have a very large range of sizes to suit all requirements. Please refer to our page with our storage sizes.

Do you have specials?

Yes we are always running specials so please contact our staff who will be able to assist.

What security do you have at your facility?

Our storage facility requires an access card to for entry and exit. We have videos cameras monitoring our facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You are also able to have up to two padlocks on your own unit and you keep the key.

Do you have space for container delivery?

Yes we are able to accept container deliveries if transferring goods from a container into your storage unit. Containers can only be on site for up to a maximum of three days.

Do you charge a deposit?

There is a small deposit for your access card which is refundable when you vacate. Two weeks notice is required when vacating your unit.
